Returns and Exchanges

Clara Leather Jackets offers a 30-day return and exchange policy for customers within the United Kingdom, giving you plenty of time to check your fit and be sure of your purchase. To ensure the perfect fit, we have our own size chart, and we highly recommend checking your measurements before placing an order. Please note that we follow our size chart exclusively and not any other.

If you have any issue with the size, design, colour, or pattern of the item you received, please contact our Returns & Exchange team within 30 days of delivery. Our customer service team will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.

Leather trousers and jumpsuits/outfits are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons. Custom-made orders are also not eligible for return or exchange, as these are produced specifically to your requested measurements and specifications.

To keep things fair for all customers, we’re only able to offer one return or exchange per product, so please double-check your measurements against our size chart before ordering.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, in which case we cover return postage.

VAT and Customs Duties

Any VAT or customs duties incurred during the return or exchange process are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge, with a full refund, at any time before it has shipped, in line with your rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you’re welcome to return it under our standard 30-day returns policy above (customer covers return shipping).

Quality Assurance

Every item is quality-checked before it leaves our warehouse. If your product arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the damage and the item’s tags still attached, by emailing info@claraleatherjackets.co.uk. We will arrange a free replacement of the same jacket in the same size and quality, at no extra cost to you.
